Refunds

Armando’s Auto Repair Inc. does not offer refunds for any portion of a subscription that has already been billed. This includes partial months or unused services. All sales are final once the billing cycle begins.

Prorated Cancellations

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, we will prorate the remaining value of the subscription and apply it as a credit toward future services or upgrades. Proration is calculated based on the number of unused service days remaining in the billing cycle.

Upgrades and Downgrades

We offer the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your membership tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) at any time:

  • Upgrades: If requested mid-cycle, the prorated difference will be billed immediately.
  • Downgrades: Will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No retroactive adjustments will be made.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and the Illinois Retail Installment Sales Act, which require clear disclosure of refund and return policies at the time of purchase. Our policy is publicly available on our website and upon request.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply to:

  • Promotional offers
  • Discounted plans
  • Services rendered under special agreements
